If overweight, better to treat it before the coming into menopause. Two reasons: first, the food variations undetected to 20 years are forgiven more than 50 years. On the other hand, it is more difficult to lose extra pounds when you get older. So when the hormonal changes of menopause are involved, losing weight is really a great effort. We must learn good habits (vis-Ã -vis the fat, sugar, snacks) before menopause and find a good balanced diet in order to maintain sustainable.
