Aromatherapy is the practice of using plant oils, including essential oils, as it helps people for psychological and physical well being. In addition, aromatherapy also uses other natural ingredients and also herbs, milk powders, sea salts, sugars, clays and mud etc. You may get both psychological and physical benefits by inhaling essential oils into the lungs. By inhalation into the lungs can supply therapeutic benefit. Many people commonly use eucalyptus essential oil to ease congestion in lungs. If properly done, essential oils are safe. Essential oils are applied on the skin which easily gets absorbed in the blood stream. Among the many forms of alternative therapies, aromatherapy is increasingly becoming popular these days. This therapy uses the fragrance of natural products to cure various ailments. Aromas are used as a first aid measure for minor burns and cuts. The discomfort s of asthma, arthritis and allergies are relieved by using aromatherapy. Aromatherapy improves and strengthens your immune system which helps reduce the risk of various diseases. It is reported that aromatic massage reduces cortisone levels in children having juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
