Many people have the problem of constipation, which makes them to feel so dull and tired. And also the problem is with the taking of improper diet. One should take ample amount of fiber rich foods like that of the raw fruits and the vegetables, through which the constipation problem will be controlled. And also drinking ample amount of water will also help in the flushing out of the toxins from the body. And walking is also said to be very much helpful in getting rid from the constipation. And taking the lemon juice with the hot water will also help to removes the toxins from the body. Avoiding the fat and the carbohydrate rich food will also be very much useful in controlling the constipation.
