Most people think that caffeine addiction is not a big problem but if you try to get away from it, it can be almost impossible. It is a serious addiction. It affects your body similar to drug. You start taking slowly, but in due course of time you need to take more to feel the same effects. At last, you reach a stage where you cannot live without it and you will start showing withdrawal symptoms. The withdrawal symptoms of caffeine addiction are migraine headaches, nausea, lack of concentration and cravings. A scientific study suggests that low to moderate caffeine intake can soon produce withdrawal symptoms. Caffeine also stimulates the stress hormone known as norepinephrine that acts directly on the brain. It also affects your nervous system. This may lead to increased heart rate and increased blood pressure.
